Naming Conventions:
libiconv-vc{version}.lib are static libraries
iconv-vc{version}.dll/iconv-vc{version}.lib are dll versions and stub libraries

All binaries have .rc files for version info specifying which compiler used and that these are 'special builds'

The source is altered in the following manner - CONST_ICONV defined as nothing,
casts added to kill warnings, one strdup changed to _strdup
header files generated with msys configure and microsoft cl.exe and link.exe

Binary package contains debug and release versions of static and dll libraries in five compiler versions

Source package contains original libiconv source, msvc projects in five versions, and altered source files
